Is my digital piano compatible with the Keysnake?
The Keysnake is compatible with the vast majority of digital pianos.
The Keysnake plugs into either MIDI DIN or USB B ports. Your digital piano likely has at least one of these port types. What these ports look like can be seen on our homepage.
The Keysnake is not suitable for the NP series of Yamaha keyboards as the keys are smaller than standard and the Keysnake is designed to fit the standard key size.
Is my smart device compatible with the Keysnake?
If your phone or tablet is less than 6 years old and has up to date software, it is likely to run smoothly. Older devices that struggle with bluetooth connection may run slower.
Is there a subscription cost?
No! We currently only charge an upfront, one-off cost for the Keysnake
All features available at the time of purchase will remain free for ten years. Where subscriptions may be charged in the future, these will not apply to existing customers.
What length is the Keysnake?
The Keysnake is four octaves long. On a standard sized keyboard, four octaves spans 66cm from the beginning of the bottom 'C' to the end of the top 'B'. The Keysnake's body has been custom made to fit this size.
Four octaves allows for the Keysnake to be useful on a range of digital piano sizes, from a smaller beginner digital piano of 61 keys up to a full sized digital piano of 88 keys.
Do I need to buy any wires to use the Keysnake?
No! You are supplied with all the wires you may need.
How long does delivery take?
Approximately two days UK delivery and approximately seven days international delivery.
Can I return it if I am not satisfied?
Yes! You have 30 days once you have received your Keysnake if you wish to receive a refund.
How do I return a Keysnake?
If you are within 30 days of receiving your Keysnake and wish to return it, please send the Keysnake, along with its original box and packaging, to 50 Brooklyn House, 31 Rillaton Walk, Milton Keynes, MK9 2BN.
You must use tracked delivery.
Once you have sent the Keysnake, email the tracking code and the mail receipt to info@plugandplink.com
Once we receive the Keysnake, please allow up to 14 days for us to refund your purchase and your shipping costs.
What if my Keysnake stops working?
The Keysnake is both FCC and CE tested. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your Keysnake, our guarantee covers you for 12 months for a repair or replacement.
